Clinical Informatics Program Manager

Nova Scotia Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Program Manager to lead the success of our complex, multi-organizational clinical transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical consultative leadership and clinical informatics expertise to ensure the scale and fundamental nature of clinical transformation is understood at appropriate leadership levels.
- Develop and implement a well-planned strategy in collaboration with health organization leaders to achieve drivers/goals.
- Oversee the team leading the analysis and dissemination of best practice standards and content.
- Interact with stakeholders and working groups managed by the Department of Health and Wellness (DHW) and Internal Services Department (ISD).
- Undergraduate degree in a health or technology-related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the implementation of evidence-based practice in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical and policy change.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to utilize current computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
