We are looking for a highly qualified Surgical Specialist to enhance our healthcare services at IIQAF. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and executing surgical interventions aimed at improving the health and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute surgical operations utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to ascertain the patient's health status and select the optimal surgical method.
  • Identify and manage a variety of medical issues that necessitate surgical treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and surgical assistants, to guarantee safe and effective surgical procedures.
  • Oversee patients' recovery post-surgery, monitor for any complications, and provide necessary follow-up care.
  • Remain informed about the latest innovations in surgical practices and continually refine your surgical expertise through ongoing education.
  • Inform patients and their families about surgical choices, associated risks, benefits, and post-operative care requirements.
Qualifications
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Board certification in General Surgery or a related surgical field.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Surgeon.
  • Demonstrated history of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Skilled in the use of advanced surgical instruments and technologies.
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities and proficiency in formulating effective treatment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage emergency situations.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Physical endurance and manual dexterity for performing intricate surgical procedures.
