Job Summary

Peak Campus is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and inclusive community among residents by providing exceptional support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide guidance and support to residents in transition, ensuring a smooth and successful move-in experience.
  • Moderate conflicts and disagreements between residents, promoting a positive and respectful living environment.
  • Develop and implement regular social, recreational, and educational programs to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Refer residents to college resources for health, counseling, academic, or personal concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs, collaborating with staff and residents to create a dynamic and inclusive community.
  • Keep residents informed of community and campus activities, promoting a sense of connection and belonging.
Community Policies and Procedures
  • Provide general supervision of resident conduct, educating residents about community standards and expectations.
  • Promote a safe and respectful living environment, addressing behavioral issues and emergency situations as needed.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to residents, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Document incidents and submit reports to the Property Manager as required.
Administrative Tasks
  • Assist with move-in check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance concerns, prioritizing resident satisfaction.
  • Complete weekly reports, incident reports, and communication logs as needed.
  • Work the front desk as scheduled, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the office operates effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and communicate information clearly and accurately.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with a desire to help prospective residents find their next home.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Working Environment

Peak Campus is committed to providing a safe and inclusive working environment. This role requires long periods of sitting, with occasional lifting up to 14 kg. The physical environment is an office setting, with extended periods of exposure to light from computer screens. Mental stress may be experienced due to time-sensitive responsibilities and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Time Requirement
  • Full-time, typically 35-44 hours per week, Monday – Friday with weekends as required.
  • After-hours emergency response duties, when scheduled.
  • Availability to respond to after-hours calls and arrive at the property within 15-20 minutes, as required.
