- Logistics and Promotion: Manage event logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, and obtaining necessary approvals. Ensure proper promotion and engagement by working with marketing and communications teams.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Seek feedback post-events to improve future activities.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement promotional strategies for DSC events, merchandise, and departmental initiatives.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the creation and sale of departmental merchandise, such as clothing or accessories.
- Academic and Faculty Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between students and faculty members. Communicate student academic concerns and feedback to faculty and relays departmental updates back to students.
- Financial Management: Manage the DSC's financial resources, including budget planning and allocation for events and merchandise.
