As a vital member of the research team, the Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee the organization and management of both new and ongoing research initiatives within the Anesthesiology Research Group.
Key Responsibilities Include:
conducting thorough reviews of pertinent published studies, drafting comprehensive summaries of literature reviews; preparing applications for ethical and institutional approvals; gathering, storing, and analyzing research data; contributing to the design and refinement of research protocols initiated by the Principal Investigator (PI); exercising independent judgment to modify procedures as necessary; and fostering communication and collaboration with diverse members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Additional responsibilities may encompass the creation and delivery of presentations for informational and training sessions, as well as professional conferences; and acting as a liaison with external organizations regarding multi-center research projects.
This role will also involve supervising junior staff and students, along with performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and financial record-keeping.
The position requires flexibility in working hours to support the demands of ongoing research activities.
