  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, using advanced tools like Later, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the social media team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and development while driving exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
