Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer at SULTAN CONSTRUCTION LTD plays a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the organization. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a senior financial role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and oversee the recruitment of senior management personnel.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Set organizational goals and either develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring they have the authority and environment needed to succeed.
