We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Thiara Construction and Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve key performance indicators
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective operations
  • Human Resources and Talent Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to drive business success
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
  • Community Engagement and Support
    • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
    • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Language and Work Environment

Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role
  • College/CEGEP education
