Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team at Patry Group of Companies. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for leading the design and planning of major developments, driving creative design, and ensuring that each project is a masterpiece that blends innovative functionality with global inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership:
  • Develop imaginative, trendsetting design concepts that align with project goals and push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Infuse global perspectives and inspirations into your designs, bringing the world's most innovative ideas home.
Project Management:
  • Partner with talented designers to shape and refine the vision into compelling, cohesive solutions.
  • Champion the balance between creativity and practicality, ensuring every design is as functional as it is beautiful.
Technical Expertise:
  • Meticulously prepare, review, and enhance architectural drawings and models, ensuring excellence in every detail.
  • Leverage your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to streamline project development and ensure precision in execution.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Foster clear and consistent communication across all levels, ensuring everyone from team members to clients is aligned and informed.
  • Take ownership of projects, drive initiatives, and lead teams with enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Architectural Qualifications: You're a qualified Architect with the credentials to match, including a valid OAA (Ontario Association of Architects) license.
  • Experience: You bring 7-10 years of professional experience in residential design, with a portfolio that showcases your versatility and creativity.
  • Global Perspective: Your work reflects an international flair, seamlessly blending diverse influences into unique design solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your words are as powerful as your designs—strong, clear, and impactful, whether written or spoken.
