Risk Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Solutions Associate to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and technical service support to our Client Solutions Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process endorsements, mid-term changes to policy, and request new business and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Request and process invoices, binders, and cover letters, as well as prepare certificates of insurance and complete post-placement checklists.
- Handle accounting activities for the team, including claims reporting and adjuster contact information.
- Access various insurance company portals to obtain policy documents and maintain schedules of insurance.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and staff, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- RIBO license an asset, but not mandatory.
