Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue, including social media marketing, advertising, and promotions.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
