Job Summary

GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners, promoting a positive and welcoming hotel environment.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or related role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
