Role Overview: As a Luxury Retail Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and mentoring a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clientele. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and performance of a team, ensuring they understand their vital role in enhancing customer experiences.
- Drive customer loyalty and conversion through effective training on both in-store and online service excellence.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing team members through documented coaching and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with a focus on leadership in managing a store or department.
- Proven ability to foster long-term customer relationships and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail, with a deep understanding of executing business strategies and initiatives.
