About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Retail Manager to join our team at Harry Rosen Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Customer Experience: Champion the customer experience by training team members on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience.
  3. Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen in luxury retail and execute business plans and company initiatives effectively.
  4. Development and Coaching: Develop and coach team members to improve their skills and performance, with a focus on career growth and development.
  5. Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department.
  2. Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives.
  3. Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others, with a proven track record of documented coaching and development.
