Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Roots. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and assisting in the operational functions of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Operational Functions
    • Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
    • Perform opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure seamless store operations
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a luxury retail setting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
