About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements
