The Burnaby School District is seeking a school-based leader with a proven track record of success in culturally diverse communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting teaching and support staff, ensuring compliance with British Columbia Ministry of Education regulations, policies, and guidelines. You will also provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, social development, and overall student well-being. Additionally, you will work cooperatively with parents, professionals, and community service agencies, promoting positive relationships and understanding. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Supervision of Instruction, Program & Curriculum Development, or Administration, and have experience leading, guiding, and embedding equity practices and Indigenous perspectives in school goals.
