Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate
- Recent experience as an administrator or teacher in a secondary school setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student outcomes
