Requirements
  • Education Qualifications: Possess or be enrolled in a Master's degree in Supervision of Instruction, Program & Curriculum Development, or Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Qualifications:
    • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, with a strong track record of leading and inspiring a diverse team of educators and staff members.
    • Instructional Leadership: Demonstrated experience in implementing effective instructional and assessment practices, with a strong understanding of curriculum and educational programs.
    • Relational Leadership: Effectively influence culture and relationships to support student development, engagement, and learning, with a commitment to promoting and implementing equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation initiatives.
    • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing relevant professional development for oneself and for other staff, with a focus on equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation.
