- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, with a strong track record of leading and inspiring a diverse team of educators and staff members.
- Instructional Leadership: Demonstrated experience in implementing effective instructional and assessment practices, with a strong understanding of curriculum and educational programs.
- Relational Leadership: Effectively influence culture and relationships to support student development, engagement, and learning, with a commitment to promoting and implementing equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation initiatives.
- Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing relevant professional development for oneself and for other staff, with a focus on equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $162,260-$170,955, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension.
