Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to inform business decisions and provide recommendations to management.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Business administration and management, general, with a focus on budgeting, financial management, research, staff management, corporate governance, and communication.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
