Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Les Franchises Spray-Net Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily operations, as well as providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Business Administration: General business administration and management.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work under pressure with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and efficient interpersonal skills. The work term is permanent, with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
