Administrative Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Les Franchises Spray-Net Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily operations, as well as providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support business decisions and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Business Administration and Management.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
