Job Summary
The Corporate & Investor Relations department at BCI plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients and stakeholders through world-class engagement. The department is responsible for understanding client needs and representing their interests within the organization, helping develop investment strategies and policies, and communicating effectively with both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all client relations and reporting functions to elevate BCI's client value proposition and strengthen its trusted advisor role with institutional investor clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse institutional clients and manage complex stakeholder relationships within an investment/asset management or consulting organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational strategies.
- Coach and mentor team members to shape culture and drive change.
Requirements
- Experience as an institutional client relations leader with a track record of success building and managing relationships with diverse institutional clients.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders and represent both client interests to BCI and BCI's interests to clients.
- Strong coaching and mentorship approach and ability to shape culture, drive change, and operational strategies.

Compensation
The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $180,000-$230,000. The base salary offered will consider a wide array of factors, including the individual's skill set, level of experience applicable to the role, and consideration of internal equity.
