Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
