Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate dishwashers, food dispensers, and other equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
