Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
- Equipment and Machinery: Familiarity with electronic cash registers, food dispensers, and grills.
