About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic support and feature development team. As a key member of our team, you will provide complex issue resolution support for our ERP applications, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for ERP applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external business partners to ensure effective technical assistance.
  • Test and validate system fixes and enhancements to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assist in creating and promoting fixes and enhancements through development, testing, and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation to ensure clear understanding of system functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the construction or a related industry.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline, such as computer science or business administration.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with high level of detail orientation and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas of the organization, including external partners.
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software.
