Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join Vantix Systems Inc. as an Accounting Specialist. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounting Specialist will provide support to the Corporate Accountant and Management, and will provide a variety of accounting and reporting activities, including but not limited to:
- Maintain and update accounting files, records, and entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze financial transactions for internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Perform month-end and year-end activities, including financial statement preparation and review.
- Prepare financial reports, tax returns, and other related documents to ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Verify time sheets, manage payroll, HR, and benefits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the accounting function.
