We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic support and feature development team. As a key member of our team, you will provide complex issue resolution support for our ERP applications, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for ERP system issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the research, analysis, and implementation of system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Test system fixes and enhancements, ensuring high-quality results and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, ensuring clear and concise information for internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of progressive experience in a related field, preferably in the construction or a related industry.
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas of the organization, including external partners.
  • Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software.
