Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Event Coordinator and Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as planning and executing marketing events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and activities, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and activities, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and feedback, to inform future event planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing event coordination or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, and other marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
