Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and direction to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and performing at a high level.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical problems and issues, using a variety of tools and resources, including user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.
