Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues with computer systems, software, and other technical equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with users, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
