About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual sales representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing estimates and pricing, and developing and building relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communication and provide a general point of contact for the customer.
  • Provide estimates and pricing, and develop and build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Upsell existing clients and organize logistics solutions, and coordinate shipments.
  • Provide outstanding customer experience to each customer.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Inside Sales /Customer Service experience (building materials, manufacturing or construction industry experience is an asset).
  • Fluency in English and French – both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
