About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
    • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and specifications
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets and costs, including forecasting and reporting
    • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
