Qualifications

Responsibilities

Program Oversight

  • Define program objectives and scope based on organizational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the digital transformation of Fleet Management practices.
  • Facilitate the design, execution, and enhancement of operational processes and systems.
  • Employ analytical tools to uncover trends and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to assess and implement vehicle and equipment acquisition and disposal strategies.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with regional fleet safety standards.
  • Manage driver/operator policies, deliver training, and investigate incidents involving certified operators, while adhering to legislative requirements.
  • Formulate and propose policies for effective fleet and equipment management.
  • Establish and implement objectives and policies aimed at enhancing Fleet services.
  • Oversee the development and management of the program's annual budget, including forecasting and expenditure monitoring.

Leadership

  • Design and promote effective work programs that leverage life cycle costing principles and optimize available resources.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance fleet, tool, and equipment efficiency.

Information Technology

  • Oversee the Toolhound application, maximizing its capabilities as needed.

Human Resources

  • Supervise, recruit, and evaluate the performance of direct reports, setting clear goals for operational success.
