Senior Manager, Enterprise Core Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our dynamic team at KPMG in Canada. As a key member of our Enterprise Core Services team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients manage risk and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed reviews of compilation and review engagement files, including notes to financial statements.
- Review personal and corporate income tax returns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client management, with a focus on becoming a primary relationship manager for certain clients.
- Schedule and manage a team of accountants to provide services to a wide range of clients.
- Coach, guide, and mentor staff and senior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Canadian CPA designation or equivalent.
- 5-8+ years of professional accounting firm experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide supervision and guidance in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation.
- History of delivering high-quality service and value to clients.
- Experience working with QBO or Xero is considered an asset.
- Previous use of Taxprep, CaseView, and CaseWare programs is preferred.
