Enterprise Core Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Core Services team. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing risk and helping clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed reviews of compilation and review engagement files, including notes to financial statements.
- Review personal and corporate income tax returns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client management, serving as a primary relationship manager for certain clients.
- Schedule and manage a team of accountants to provide services to a diverse range of clients.
- Coach, guide, and mentor staff and senior team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Canadian CPA designation or equivalent.
- 5-8+ years of professional accounting firm experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide supervision and guidance in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation.
- History of delivering quality service and value to clients.
- Experience working with QBO or Xero considered an asset.
- Previous use of Taxprep, CaseView, and CaseWare programs preferred.
