Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Manager or Senior Manager in Enterprise Core Services. Our team of experts helps clients navigate complex business challenges, providing insightful solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client management, serving as a primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate team resources to meet client needs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Canadian CPA designation or equivalent.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in a professional accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation.
  • History of delivering high-quality service and value to clients.
  • Experience with QBO or Xero considered an asset.
  • Previous use of Taxprep, CaseView, and CaseWare programs preferred.
