We are in search of a visionary leader for the Partner & Private Label Management division. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, the selected candidate will oversee strategic alliances and ensure the fulfillment of service, quality, and growth targets. Additionally, this role includes the management of an individual dedicated to fostering growth within these partnerships.

As Senior Manager, Key Partnerships and Private Label, your responsibilities will include:

Cultivating strategic relationships with key retailers within the private label coffee sector Overseeing the private label P&L management, which encompasses contractual expenditures, cost adjustments, product transition budgets, product phase-outs, and promotional spending Formulating innovation strategies by analyzing market gaps and emerging trends. Ensure internal alignment with comprehensive financial and strategic justifications within established innovation parameters Managing partner expectations and requirements by effectively communicating the product innovation and rationalization strategy both internally and externally Creating and delivering presentation materials to stakeholders and leadership teams to convey future initiatives and modifications Assisting the sales team in meeting sales and growth objectives by maintaining a robust in-stock position of private label products and communicating any portfolio changes Leading negotiations for private label contracts, including renewals and terminations Facilitating discussions on sustainability and corporate messaging during joint business planning sessions to ensure long-term alignment with brand goals Coordinating a cross-functional team to support logistics and supply chain initiatives as well as partner projects. Upholding and honoring contract agreements, including product launches, rebranding efforts, and pricing adjustments Supervising direct reports (Associate Manager) and fostering a strong structure that ensures a high level of service to key partners Collaborating with the private label team to explore the expansion of shared partnerships and activation of strategic opportunities while ensuring the execution of current agreement deliverables

Requirements

What you will bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, partnership management, or brand management, including some leadership experience Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company is advantageous A solid understanding of P&L structures Excellent organizational, collaborative, and analytical abilities Proficiency in project management Strong communication and organizational skills Exceptional presentation capabilities
