  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth across Canada.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
    • Lead the sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients across Canada.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee account budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients.
    • Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed business decisions.
  • Market Analysis and Insight:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape across Canada.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
    • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Aramark's presence and reputation.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention:
    • Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, preferably in the business and industry sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada as needed.
