- Financial Management:
- Oversee account budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Market Analysis and Insight:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape across Canada.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Aramark's presence and reputation.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, preferably in the business and industry sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across Canada as needed.
