We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Fiserv. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with our clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Client Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and develop retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure clients understand our value proposition and how they can succeed with Fiserv.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing large client portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the payment and financial technology industry, with experience working with C-level executives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
