Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
    • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
