Position Overview

As a Grocery Store Operations Supervisor at Brooks Grocery, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our retail environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards in all aspects of grocery management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance
  • Design and implement engaging displays for products to attract customers
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise as needed
  • Create and maintain work schedules for team members
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of stock
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the grocery team
Work Environment
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
