Store Operations Supervisor

As a Store Operations Supervisor at PAYLOW SMOKES & CIGARS INC., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail establishment. Your leadership will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations Management: Evaluate and enhance daily store operations to maximize efficiency.
- Staff Coordination: Plan, organize, and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Product Selection: Determine the range of merchandise and services to be offered in-store.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing initiatives to attract customers.
- Financial Oversight: Plan budgets and monitor both revenues and expenditures to maintain profitability.
- Staffing Needs Assessment: Identify staffing requirements and lead the recruitment and training processes.
- Operational Evaluation: Direct, control, and assess daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail management.
