About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Ancaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our customer service operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide expertise in response to customer needs and preferences
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service operations
    • Plan and organize the operations of our customer service department
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, management, customer service)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues
