About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Ancaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our contact centre operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Analyze the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee
    • Provide expertise in response to clients needs
  • Operations
    • Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services
    • Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business
    • Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business
  • Planning and Budgeting
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years
