Contact Centre Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Ancaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our contact centre operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze administrative issues to provide support to employees
  • Direct the operations of our contact centre, ensuring that our service standards are met
  • Evaluate the performance of our contact centre, identifying areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize the operations of our contact centre, ensuring that our goals are met
  • Provide expertise to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Review projects and programs, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives
  • Sort technical problems, providing solutions to our employees
  • Plan and control budgets, ensuring that our financial goals are met
  • Direct and advise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of our contact centre
  • Represent Boston Pizza Ancaster in various economic and social organizations

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a contact centre management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 42.5 hours per week
