Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Junior Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Maintaining new and existing client relationships
  • Identifying and assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handling client complaints and providing solutions and alternatives
  • Dealing with difficult clients and resolving customer issues in a diplomatic and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Highly professional with a customer service focus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve with minimal direction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Real estate experience in a law firm and/or title insurance environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of both commercial and residential real estate practices
