Restaurant Manager Job Description

FMI National Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, health and safety protocols, and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
