Position Overview:
As a Legal Affairs Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing Shape Technologies Group and its diverse offerings to both new and existing clientele, ensuring the delivery of sustainable value solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers, setting clear expectations regarding the purchasing process for systems, aftermarket services, and support.
2. Oversee national accounts and collaborate with selected equipment manufacturers and channel partners, including dealers and agents.
3. Communicate essential market insights, including:
    - Customer business scenarios and opportunities for implementing Shape technology.
    - Competitive landscape, including pricing and product performance.
    - Market conditions and requirements for sales and aftermarket support.
4. Identify and manage regional accounts and channel partners as necessary.
5. Deliver formal sales presentations regularly during introductory meetings, management discussions, and training sessions, as well as to professional organizations.
6. Collaborate with customers to enhance business relationships and keep them informed about relevant technological advancements.
7. Report customer feedback and successes to the main office, maintaining involvement to drive improvements.
8. Provide weekly updates to the home office, including expenses, sales forecasts, call reports, and itineraries.
9. Support the training and development of assigned regional sales representatives and channel partners, empowering them to manage relevant aspects of the sales cycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Sales/Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven training and experience in value-based selling.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a sales management role.
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications.
